Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items, such as underwear and socks, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange: To start the process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. You can use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all original tags and labels. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your card.
