- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:
Return & Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Socks
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Receive Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all original tags and labels. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your card.
